We know you will love your Damn Good Doormat!
But sometimes you’ve estimated the wrong size or style for your home or miscalculated the taste level for a gift. We can exchange or refund an unused mat if you let us know within 7 days of delivery. Buyer will be responsible for the cost of original shipping, return & re-shipping as well as a 20% re-stocking fee. Refunds for the balance will be issued after receipt of the original mat in perfect condition.
* The cost of the original shipping, return & 20% re-stocking fee is often MORE than the original order price paid. Doormats make excellent gifts to have on hand!
Custom designs are not eligible for return at any time.
To start a return, please contact us at damngooddoormats@gmail.com. Include the name your original order was shipped to & the reason you’d like to return your doormat. If your doormat was damaged in transit, please include a photo of your damaged mat and the box it came in. We will reply the next business day.
A return label will be emailed to you. Simply print it out & tape it onto the original box we shipped to you. We appreciate your getting your box back to UPS or the Post Office within 7 days of receiving the label.
After we receive your unused painted doormat, we will refund your original order or get your replacement in the mail to you. Your refund will be to the original payment method. Their processing may take a few days to go back into your account.
DAMAGED MATS: Shipping can be rough, even on doormats.
Occasionally a mat is damaged in transit & we understand your frustration!
Please contact us right away at damngooddoormats@gmail.com & include a photo of your damaged mat and the box it came in. Please include your phone number and e-mail address you wish to be used for the UPS/USPS insurance claim. We will contact you the next business day with options.
